The congregation at Sun Valley totaled less than 300 people and was meeting at Gilbert High School when Pastor Scott Ridout contacted Brad. The church had just purchased nine acres and needed help with the development process. Brad lead the church through the strategic planning process and designed their phase one (and later phase two) building. The church grew incredibly fast and everyone knew that God was doing something special at Sun Valley. Four campuses later with more than 5,000 people attending, Scott Ridout is now the president of Converge Worldwide!
